Update - Pray for Simon

Thank you for the overwhelming response to our call for esophageal stents for Simon that we posted on Facebook and Twitter recently! We have located the needed supplies and they are already in transit to Uganda.

Simon is currently in ICU in Kampala for yet another surgery. Although he went in for a planned operation as a follow up to his previous procedures, he did not respond as expected and needs further operations. These unexpected surgeries have raised the cost of his care, and we greatly appreciate donations of any amount to our medical care or most needed funds. The doctors are hopeful about his situation and with your help he should be able to swallow food (something he has not been able to do for seven years!) in just a few weeks.

As we continue to pray for Simon, please also join us in prayer for his grandmother (pictured above right). She has been like a mother to Simon, and she is riddled with fear for this sweet boy. We pray for God's peace on her heart.

  4. Let the little children come unto Me, for of such is the kingdom of God. The spirit of God is upon Jesus to heal the sick and bind up the broken-hearted. He's got the whole world in His hands, and Simon and his grandma are in the center of His love. Amen
